When I first learned about the Harmonic Egg®, I immediately knew this was something I wanted to bring to Germany. In a fast-moving world, I believe we all need spaces that invite us to slow down — without pressure and without expectations.
Harmonic Egg Germany was created to offer a calm, supportive environment where sound, light and resonance come together to encourage deep relaxation and a gentle settling of the nervous system.
My background spans many years of work in coaching, personal development and intercultural contexts, particularly between Japan and Germany. Alongside this professional path, I have always been drawn to holistic, non-invasive approaches that respect the body’s natural capacity for regulation and balance.
This studio exists as an invitation.
While the Harmonic Egg® experience is at the heart of this studio, a small number of complementary offerings are available for those who wish to explore additional forms of support.
Reflective, structured conversations designed to support clarity, decision-making, transitions and personal growth.
Sessions are available online and, by arrangement, in person at the studio.
Coaching and training for individuals and organizations navigating international collaboration, leadership and cultural complexity.
Most programs take place virtually, with selected in-person formats available.
